Self-worth

Believe in yourself and believe that you are worthy. Symbolic image.
Self-worth can be explained as your perceived value of yourself as a person.
It is believed to be a deep awareness of the self. The idea of self-worth essentially concerns, among many others, the followings:
- how you evaluate yourself: who and what you are, and
- how much you value yourself
Self-worth can also be described as the internal and innate sense of being good enough, and worthy of love and happiness.
People often start judging themselves harshly, and feel really bad when they try to evaluate themselves. It becomes worse when people make mistakes. But you must keep reminding yourself that people are meant to make mistakes at times. Mistakes do not define you or your entire life rather these are parts of it.
You have to convince yourself that things will not go as you plan all the time. So, the best thing you can do is to prepare yourself for your best performance and try to give your best shot all the time. If it does not work all the time (and remember that it will not!), you must not devaluate yourself for that. Rather, learn from your mistakes and keep improving yourself.
Believe in yourself and believe that you are worthy. It will boost you up for the extra mile!
